Routine Test
Our routine tests and metering equipment includes coordinate measuring machine, oxide film thickness gauge, colorimeter, scratch tester, pencil hardness tester, furnace thermometer, cross-cut tester, digital micrometer, digital caliper, standard gauge, standard gauge block, standard weights, etc. The following are feasible reliability tests:
Coordinate Measuring Machine:to measure the dimensions, project and enlarge the appearance of the product to detect defects.
Oxide Film Thickness Gauge:to measure the thickness of the oxide film on anodic oxidation products.
Scratch Tester:to test the scratch-resistant capability of the product surface.
Cross-cut Tester:to test the adhesion of the coating.

Environmental testing
Environmental testing includes:high temperature test, low temperature test, high & low temperature test, weather resistance test, acid &alkali resistance test, water-boiling test, abrasion resistance test, etc. We can also adjust the parameters in accordance with indices provided by customers to meet different testing requirements.
Salt spray test: to test the product’s resistance to salt spray according to relevant national standards.

Instrument Calibration & Cooperation
The accuracy and stability are of vital importance in guaranteeing product quality. For all kinds of testing instruments, Tengge has qualified checkers who passed the training examination from Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Apart from regular internal check, we maintain close cooperation with professional external calibration institutions including Guangzhou Institute of Metrology & Testing, Zhonshan Institute of Metrology & Testing and Centre Testing International, which check the instruments regularly so as to ensure that testing equipment operatesnormally and accurately.
